Two patterns in the table
Most listed contracts are aluminum windows and doors for a residential plot. A smaller set is curtain wall: Huaibei Quanshan Road phase 1, Zhangjiagang Gongguan 1790 north plot, Changshu Yincheng Mall, and Nanjing Liuhe plot 1. Huaibei is titled windows and curtain wall together. Nanjing lists the wall and the aluminum windows in the same line.
What the qualifications cover
Curtain wall work is carried under the Class 2 professional contracting qualification. Building decoration and fit-out is Class 1. A plot that needs both windows and a curtain wall can still be two contracts, as Changshu 2017A-015 shows: windows in one row, entrance aluminum panel and stone in another.
How to split the inquiry
If the developer has already split bid sections, follow that split. If not, separate vision windows, curtain wall bays, canopies, and cladding so each can be measured. The website does not publish a unit rate, and the contract sums in the table should not be read as one.
