Wall, canopy, lines, and grilles in one package
Nanjing Liuhe plot 1 is the clearest mixed line in the table: wall, canopy, lines, grilles, skylight, windows, and unit doors.

Related scope
Curtain walls
Curtain wall installation under a Class 2 professional contracting qualification, including mixed facade packages.
List the parts even inside one contract
One agreement can still be measured in parts. Give each part its drawing and its quantity. A single square-metre number for the whole sentence is how the table’s area column becomes hard to read.
Qualifications do not merge the trades
Curtain wall sits under the Class 2 qualification. Decoration sits under Class 1. Windows can be their own supply-and-install line. A mixed title does not erase those headings when you ask for a price.
One interface drawing per junction
Where the grille meets the wall, where the canopy meets the mullion, and where the window frame meets the wall panel, draw each junction once. A mixed package fails when those three are left as a general note. Liuhe’s title lists the parts; the price still needs the junctions.
